Let me start by quoting a phrase that was spoken to me by my original mentor and fathers business partner Jim Ward in 1981:

My experience over the last 29.9 years has proven this statement to be true:). This blog was partially inspired by todays economy as I am currently looking for work. I left a perfectly good job in CA to get back to a more country oriented lifestyle in AZ. I am now content to accept a position in any part of the US.
I believe specialization is an affront to humanity. Why?
